Recessed air curtains can be used in shopping centres, homes, restaurants. The in-ceiling mounted type air-curtain is designed for recessed installation into a false ceiling above door openings to maintain a barrier against the loss of conditioned air and the ingress of unwanted air, insects, unpleasant smells and dust from the outside.  To achieve optimum protection, the unit should be mounted on the inside of the building, flush with the ceiling, so that the air stream can pass as close to the top of the door opening as possible.
